I was laughed at
Pushed around
Teased
I was the weird person people always made fun of
I was smart
Talented
But no one saw that
They saw with their ears
Not with their eyes
She is fat
Ugly
Not normal
Attention Whore
Was I really any of those things..
Or was I the girl who did well in school
Who played violin
Sang when no one was around
Who kept to myself because I didn't need a crowd
People need to stop
Look at what is really there
Don't base a body of a human being off of what others say
See for yourself and give it a chance
Look through the lies

I like it. I think it descipe perfectly peoples closet-mindedes. How easily others see only what they 'want' to see. And this does gives away your strengh in all this
